Look at the solder joints. The LED strips produced by the regular LED strips are produced using SMT patch technology, strip light solder paste and reflow soldering processes. Therefore, the solder joints on the LED light strip are relatively smooth, strip light and the amount of solder is small, and the solder joints are arc-shaped,strip light extending from the FPC pad to the LED electrode. The counterfeit version of the LED strip has uneven solder joints, strip light and most of them appear as dots to cover the solder feet. At the same time, tin tips of varying degrees will appear, strip light which is a typical phenomenon of manual welding.
Look at the quality of FPC. FPC is divided into two types: copper and rolled copper. The copper foil of the copper-clad board is protruding, strip light which can be seen from the connection between the pad and the FPC. The rolled copper is closely connected with the FPC and can be bent at will without the phenomenon of pad falling off. If the copper-clad board is bent too much, strip light the pad will fall off, strip light and if the temperature is too high during maintenance, strip light the pad will fall off.
